VISA Check Card

More commonly known as a debit card, the VISA Check Card allows you to pay for your purchases anywhere VISA is accepted.  Purchase amounts are automatically deducted from your checking account balance.  Your VISA Check Card also works as your ATM card, allowing you to instantly withdraw cash from your account at any of our ATM locations at no additional cost.  Using your VISA Check Card is fast, convenient, and free with your checking account.

ATM Card

ATM cards are offered with any checking or savings account and can be used at no charge at any American National Bank of Fremont ATM locations.  Use of an ATM outside of this network may result in a transaction fee from us and/or a surcharge from other machine owners.

Identity Theft

Prevent Identity Theft

Identity theft is a major concern for most consumers and financial institutions. Phishing is the latest tool for criminals to attempt to steal your identity. Phishing involves the consumer receiving a legitimate looking email requesting an update to your account information. They will conveniently provide a link in the email for you to click on to update your account information. The link will take you to a website that looks like a real financial institution's website, but is in fact run by the criminals. They then capture any information that you enter on the fake website.

Email is an unsecure method of sending or receiving information. No legitimate financial institution will ask you to provide personal information through email. It is our policy at American National Bank of Fremont to not ask for personal information from our customers via email. If you receive a suspicious email that appears to have originated from American National Bank of Fremont, please contact us immediately.

Pay Treasury, Tax, and Loan Deposits (TT&L) using
the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS)

Effective September 1, 2010, American National Bank of Fremont will no longer be processing TT&L coupons.  Businesses will be required to pay taxes electronically or mail a check with their return.
