At American National Bank of Fremont we believe great customer service is essential to ensure continued success. We invite you to help us with this endeavor and participate in our Mystery Shopper Program.
Mystery shoppers are bank customers who complete a short questionnaire to evaluate the service they received during a typical banking transaction with our staff. It is a simple process that can be completed as part of your normal banking activities. Plus, mystery shoppers are paid each time they complete an evaluation.
